All generations from Kids to Adults to Seniors are welcome to attend. Childcare will be provided.

The Participation Fee only includes meals. We offer discounted hotel rates with a free shuttle from Karlsruhe / Baden-Baden Airport (FKB) to the venue in the vicinity.

The airport is 20 minutes away so please plan your flights accordingly.

Please note there will be no free shuttles from: STR or FRA. You will have to find your own transportation to the venue.

Europe Mission Camp will start on 27 August (Thu) at 5:00pm with dinner. Registration will open at 3:00pm. We recommend to come at by 3:00pm, to allow adequate time for hotel check-in and registration.

The conference will conclude on 29 August (Sat) at 5pm. No dinner will be provided. We recommend purchasing flights on Sunday after the conclusion of the program.

Due to security sensitive nature of missions in unreached nations, we will not be able to livestream.

Early Bird Deadline is July 31. In order to receive the discount, you must pay the full fee by the deadline. Discounts will no longer be applied after 31/07/2026 and the price will increase.
